Our Returns Policy
Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days has expired since your purchase we cannot offer exchange or refund.
We will offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase but you will be responsible for the return postage.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange or refund on sale items!
All our garments are checked before leaving our boutique but if you happen to receive a faulty item please contact us IMMEDIATELY and VL Fashions will be happy to exchange or refund the item within 60 days of you receiving the goods. When item is received by VL Fashions, we will view item and establish if it is a genuine fault.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item/s must have original tags and labels still intact and attached. Returns must be unworn or unwashed.
If we do not have the returned item in stock you will automatically be entitled to a credit to the value of the goods returned (less postage amount) with a six (6) month expiry from the date we receive the returned item or a full refund less postage amount. Customers are responsible for all postage and handling charges for any returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
REFUNDS (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only sale items may be refunded if it is found to be a manufacturers fault.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size or colour but encourage you to check the size chart and measurements to avoid disappointment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 77 Marshall Street, Dapto New South Wales 2530.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 77 Marshall Street, Dapto New South Wales 2530.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are posting an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
